Once you complete the Tech Prep registration process and receive a final 'B' grade or better in the course, the college you have selected will post your course credit(s) to a transcript file. You have several options for viewing or requesting transcript information.
VIEW your Tech Prep transcript file on-line:
Access the Tech Prep/Dual Credit Registration system at: http://www.techprepwa.org/wa/wtpc/index.php. Click on Continuing Tech Prep/Dual Credit Student logon page. Enter your student Tech Prep ID number (or social security number) and birth date. Click on Login button and your articulation file will be displayed. The Transcribed box will be marked YES once the college completes the transcription process. You can print this screen for your files to verify course grades and transcription.
VIEW or ORDER Transcripts from College Partners:
Colleges provide unofficial transcripts free of charge. Students can view and print a copy of their unofficial transcript by visiting the college website. See website addresses listed below. To view your unofficial transcript on-line, you will need to use your college ID number (student ID number assigned by college).
Contact the college Registration Office to obtain your official college student identification number (SID).
To obtain an official transcript of your college coursework, you will need to complete and submit a Request for Transcript form provided by the college. There is generally a fee charged for ordering copies of the official transcript. Contact the college directly for transcript ordering instructions.
